For sellers: rough timeline + mortgage balance + property address. For buyers: rough budget + target neighborhood + downpayment situation. Not having all of it is fine; Roger asks what he needs.

Can Roger meet in person?

Yes. The Security Pacific office at 2300 Henry Ave, Pinole is open Mon-Fri 9-6 by appointment. For sellers, Roger also does on-site walkthroughs at your home — also free.

Does Roger work after-hours or on weekends?

Yes. Real estate does not wait for weekday-9-to-5. Roger answers calls evenings and weekends; major-holiday response is slower but typically same-day.

Can I just ask a quick question without scheduling a call?

Yes — text or use the AI assistant below. Roger reviews every assistant conversation that requests handoff. If your question is involved, the assistant will route you to a call.

Where does Roger work geographically?

Roger holds a California DRE license (#01845823) and can transact anywhere in the state. Deep specialty: West Contra Costa + Berkeley. Active practice: 9-county Bay Area.

Is my information kept private?

Yes. Roger does not share, sell, or trade your information. The lead-form data goes to Roger directly via Supabase + secure email. No third-party CRM resellers.

What if I am not in the Bay Area but inheriting a home there?

Common — many of Roger family-transition clients are out-of-state adult children. Remote signing, video walkthroughs, and mobile notary are standard. Many sales close without the out-of-state party flying in.

What if I want to talk to someone other than Roger?

There is no one else. Roger personally handles every client. If that volume model does not match your need, he refers to other Security Pacific agents (he is fine being told no).
